IT’S TIME TO SHOUT!
There comes a moment in every believer’s journey when silence is no longer an option—IT’S TIME TO SHOUT!
A shout is not merely a sound; it is a spiritual expression of faith, desperation, surrender, praise and a renewed hunger for God. When something begins to decline in your walk with God, it is time to wake up, return to the secret place, and cry out to Him again.
📖 KEY SCRIPTURES
Luke 18:35–42 — Blind Bartimaeus
Bartimaeus was blind, but when he heard that Jesus was passing by, he cried out! The crowd tried to silence him but he shouted even louder until Jesus stopped and asked what he wanted.
Your condition may be uncomfortable, but don’t allow your situation to silence your shout!
Exodus 16:2 — The Children of Israel
The Israelites began to murmur and complain against Moses and Aaron because of their circumstances.
Sometimes, when our spiritual lives begin to decline, our prayer becomes complaining, our giving becomes reluctant and our service becomes burdensome. It is time to change our response and cry out to God in faith.
John 5:1–9 — The Man at the Pool of Bethesda
For thirty-eight years, this man remained in a condition that seemed impossible to change. Yet, when Jesus came, his story changed.
Your delay is not your destiny. Your present condition does not have the final word.
WHEN IS THAT SHOUTING MOMENT?
1.) WHEN YOUR PRAYER LIFE IS DROPPING
When prayer is becoming a burden instead of a delight, when you can go through hours without talking to God, IT’S TIME TO SHOUT!
Bartimaeus cried out when Jesus passed by. Luke 18:38–39
“Don’t allow spiritual weakness, distractions or weariness to silence your prayer altar”.
2.) WHEN YOUR GIVING ATTITUDE IS DROPPING
When giving begins to feel like a burden, when generosity is replaced with excuses or when your heart becomes reluctant toward the things of God, IT’S TIME TO SHOUT!
Exodus 16:2 shows us how easily the heart can shift from trust to murmuring when circumstances become difficult.
Ask God to restore a heart that trusts Him, honors Him and gives with joy.
3.) WHEN YOUR SERVICE TO GOD IS DROPPING
When you once served God passionately but now find yourself becoming indifferent, unavailable or uninterested, IT’S TIME TO SHOUT!
The man at Bethesda had been in the same condition for 38 years but his encounter with Jesus brought a new beginning. John 5:5–9
“Don’t allow disappointment, familiarity, delay or busyness to disconnect you from your assignment”.
📢 THIS IS YOUR SHOUTING MOMENT!
If your prayer life is dropping…SHOUT!
If your giving attitude is dropping…SHOUT!
If your service to God is dropping…SHOUT!
Like Bartimaeus, don’t let the crowd silence you.
Like the man at Bethesda, don’t allow your long-standing condition to define you.
And instead of murmuring like Israel in the wilderness, lift your voice in faith and cry out to God!
This is not a shout of defeat.
It is a SHOUT OF RESTORATION!
A shout that says:
“Lord, revive me again!”
“Lord, restore my altar!”
“Lord, renew my passion!”
“Lord, my fire will burn again!”
🔥 IT’S TIME TO SHOUT!
🔥 IT’S TIME TO RETURN!
🔥 IT’S TIME TO REVIVE THE ALTAR!
PRAYERS:
1) Lord, let my love, passion and commitment to You increase daily in Jesus’ name….AMEN
2) Father, restore everything that is declining in my walk with You in Jesus’ mighty name….AMEN
