TALK YOUR HEALING
Key Scriptures:
Ezekiel 37:1–9 | Romans 4:17 | Numbers 20:7–8 | 2 Corinthians 4:13
“YOUR TONGUE IS A TREE OF LIFE”
There is a power God has placed in your mouth. Your tongue can give expression to your faith, your healing, your victory, and your future.
Proverbs 15:4 says, “A wholesome tongue is a tree of life.”
You must learn to use your tongue to speak life and not death, faith and not fear, possibilities and not impossibilities.
Your circumstances may be speaking one thing, but what is God’s Word saying?
Learn to say NO to unpleasant things of life.
When sickness says, “You will remain here,” say NO!
When fear says, “You cannot make it,” say NO!
When failure says, “This is the end,” say NO!
When your circumstances say, “There is no way,” say NO!
You don’t have to agree with everything that happens around you. You have a voice and your voice should agree with God’s Word.
“SPEAK TO YOUR DRY BONES”
In Ezekiel 37:1–9, Ezekiel stood in the valley of dry bones. Everything he saw represented death, hopelessness, and impossibility.
But God said to him:
“Prophesy upon these bones.”
Ezekiel didn’t complain about the bones.
He didn’t sit down and cry over the situation.
He spoke!
And when he spoke according to God’s instruction, there was a noise, a shaking, and a coming together.
What was dead began to receive structure, and what had lost hope began to receive life.
What are you saying to your situation?
Some people have allowed their circumstances to become their confession. But as a believer, your confession must be greater than your circumstances.
Talk your healing!
Talk your restoration!
Talk your breakthrough!
Talk your strength!
Talk your victory!
Talk the Word!
“FAITH BELIEVES, THEREFORE IT SPEAKS”
2 Corinthians 4:13 says:
“We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak.”
Notice the progression:
I BELIEVE THEREFORE I SPEAK.
Faith is not silent.
When you truly believe God’s Word, your mouth will give voice to your faith.
Don’t allow your mouth to cancel what your heart believes.
You cannot consistently speak defeat and expect your mind to remain full of victory.
Change your confession. Change your conversation. Change what you permit to come out of your mouth.
“RESET YOUR MINDSET”
The greatest hindrance to the supernatural is your mindset.
Many times, the problem is not that God cannot do it; the problem is that the mind has already concluded that it cannot happen.
If your mind says, “It is impossible,” you will struggle to receive possibilities.
If your mind says, “I cannot,” you will limit yourself before you begin.
If your mind says, “Nothing will change,” you may stop expecting change.
Reset your mindset!
Romans 12:2 teaches us about being transformed by the renewing of our minds.
You need a mind that agrees with God’s possibilities.
Stop thinking sickness.
Start thinking healing.
Stop thinking defeat.
Start thinking victory.
Stop thinking limitation.
Start thinking possibilities.
Stop thinking “What if it doesn’t work?”
Start thinking “What if God does it?”
Your mind must be reprogrammed by the Word of God.
“SPEAK TO THE ROCK”
In Numbers 20:7–8, God instructed Moses to speak to the rock.
There are some situations that require you to stop complaining and start speaking.
Don’t spend all your time describing the problem. Speak to it!
Speak to the situation with faith.
Speak God’s Word over your body.
Speak God’s Word over your family.
Speak God’s Word over your future.
Speak God’s Word over your ministry.
Speak God’s Word over your circumstances.
Your words should carry the language of faith.
“GOD CALLS THINGS THAT BE NOT AS THOUGH THEY WERE”
Romans 4:17 reveals God as the One who “calleth those things which be not as though they were.”
This is faith language.
Faith does not deny reality; faith declares God’s superior reality.
Abraham faced a situation that looked impossible, yet he believed God.
Therefore, don’t allow what you see to determine everything you say.
See beyond the present situation.
See what God has said.
See the possibility.
See the healing.
See the restoration.
See the testimony.
And then SPEAK IT!
“YOUR TONGUE CARRIES LIFE”
Your tongue can become a tree of life to you and to others.
Therefore, be intentional about your words.
Don’t curse yourself with your own confession.
Don’t constantly say:
“I’m finished.”
“Nothing good can happen to me.”
“This sickness will kill me.”
“I can never succeed.”
“My life is going nowhere.”
Learn to say NO to unpleasant things of life!
Don’t allow your mouth to become an instrument of defeat.
Your tongue is a tree of life.
Your faith has a voice.
Your healing has a voice.
Your future has a voice.
So open your mouth and TALK YOUR HEALING!
DECLARATION
I believe, therefore I speak!
I refuse to speak fear.
I refuse to speak defeat.
I refuse to agree with unpleasant circumstances.
My tongue is a tree of life.
I speak healing.
I speak strength.
I speak restoration.
I speak victory.
I speak possibilities.
I speak God’s Word over my life.
I am a testimony in the making, in Jesus’ name! Amen!
