You Are The Daughter Of The King
Living life in our contemporary times as a woman could be hard and very challenging, but living it with the understanding that you are a daughter of the king is an encouraging revelation. We live in a world and in times where women are hardly pressed to measure up to unfitting and unwholesome standards that are being set by a liberal society and Christian women are not immured to these demands.
The world seem to always want to show us what clothes are the most stylish, what hair styles are the trendiest and generally what our bodies are supposed to look like, as if these are all that matters to life and validates our status as women. This pressure mounted on women by society has become very overwhelming to the point that women who do not have understanding of who they really are, have begin to cope by living in a world of make believe. Such women in attempt to join the ban wagon becomes who they are not, as a result, must have suffered through the years anxieties and insecurities. They have fallen into the trap of pretending to be what they were never created and called to be, it is as though they are hiding behind a mask.
A good number of such women all over the world who lack proper self-identity are suffering from self-doubt because they have difficulties accepting how precious they are. But it is time to push back from the table of self-degradation and enter the royal banquet hall of God your father and taste of a new feast.
You have a royal heritage and you can walk in the realm of the miraculous. You are the daughter of the king of kings, your father is the monarch of the universe, you are a Holy princess, a woman with unique strength and abilities to be used in the kingdom, an integral thread in God’s majestic tapestry and need not live as a commoner and an ordinary woman. The king of kings, your father is all powerful for you, all knowing of you and all loving towards you. You are a cherished member of his royal family, given access to the fullness of his love and provisions. You are not a slave, nor a hired maid, you are his daughter and heir to the throne. Everything Jesus has is yours, everything Jesus is, you are because you have accepted to become a member of His great family and kingdom on the earth. If perhaps you have not accepted Jesus as your Lord and your savior to make you entitled to these privileges you still have the opportunity to do so today, just invite him into your life and become one of the king’s daughters.
