The ability to forsee the future with the eyes of faith is an essential quality to tomorrow’s prospects and progress
*You can not feature in the future you did not picture.
When you believe it you will see it. Believe begins with a picture of what you want.
TEXT: EPHESIANS 3 : 20
God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we can ask or dream (imagine), according to his power that works in us.
God has placed within our heart hope and dreams that he wants to fulfill for us.
Your level of dreams will determine your level of plans. You can not witness change beyond the level you have planned.
It takes a lion heart to obtain a lion share.
How big your plans and dreams are is how big you will emerge. Those with mere plans and mere dreams always do menial things. Destiny is creatable.
Planning and dreaming big involve you looking at God as your source of supply and not yourself.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
(A) God wants us to dream big dreams (Jeremiah 29: 11 for I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord they are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope
(B) Association: This is very vital in pursuit and fulfillment of your dream. The people you associate with can either INCREASE you, DECREASE you or NEUTRALISE you.
(C) Even if your dream is from the Lord there will be opposition/ discouragement.
Joseph was hated and haunted by his brothers and rebuked by his father for his dreams, but that did not stop him.
Don’t let someone else’s disapproval or jealousy hinder you from dreaming.
- D) Failure: Is inevitable in the journey of greatness but the ability to rise and move on makes the difference.
When Thomas Edison invented the light bulb, he try over several experiments before he got it to work. A young reporter asked him how it felt to fail so many times. He said “I never failed once, rather it just happened to be several steps or processes towards invention of Light bulb.
